KrisFlyer members enjoy:

• Conversion of KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle Points at 12 KrisFlyer miles to 1 Shangri-La Circle Point

No. You must be a member of both Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond, or PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold to enjoy membership status matching with Infinite Journeys.

If your registration fails, you may already be a member of Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond, or PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold, or have enjoyed this benefit previously. For further assistance, please contact Shangri-La Circle or KrisFlyer.

No. You may only register for the membership status match benefit once.

No. You do not need to register for a membership status match, as you are already a Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond member.

If you are a Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond member, you are eligible to register for a KrisFlyer Elite status match. Upon successful registration for a membership status match benefit, you will receive a complimentary upgrade to KrisFlyer Elite Silver.

If you are a Shangri-La Circle Jade member, you can enjoy an accelerated upgrade to KrisFlyer Elite Gold simply by flying three times on Singapore Airlines in any booking class except ‘G’ (Group fares) within four months of registration. Award and codeshare flights are not eligible for this accelerated upgrade. Miles earned from the qualifying flights must be credited to your KrisFlyer membership account first to be eligible for the accelerated upgrade.

If you are Shangri-La Circle Diamond member, you can enjoy an accelerated upgrade to KrisFlyer Elite Gold by simply flying once on Singapore Airlines in any booking class except ‘G’ within four months of registration. Award and codeshare flights are not eligible for this accelerated upgrade. Miles earned from the qualifying flight must be credited to your KrisFlyer membership account first to be eligible for the accelerated upgrade.

If you are a PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold member, you are eligible to register for a Shangri-La Circle Jade status match. Upon successful registration for a membership status match benefit and completion of one qualifying paid stay at any Shangri-La Hotel & Resort, Kerry Hotel, JEN Hotel and Traders Hotel worldwide, you will receive a complimentary upgrade to Shangri-La Circle Jade status.

You earn 1 Shangri-La Circle Point Point per US Dollar qualifying spend and 500 KrisFlyer miles per stay on Qualifying Room Rates and Qualifying Incidental Charges when staying at any Shangri-La property.

You must add your KrisFlyer membership number to your Shangri-La Circle membership before making your qualifying paid night’s stay. To do this, log in to your Shangri-La Circle account. During your stay, simply present your Shangri-La Circle membership card or quote your Shangri-La Circle membership number upon check-in to enjoy 2X Rewards.

If you have already added your KrisFlyer membership number to your Shangri-La Circle profile, miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account between six to eight weeks after the completion of your eligible stay.

No. You can only enjoy 2X Rewards for stays completed after the launch of Infinite Journeys on 28 September 2016.

No. You will only earn either Shangri-La Circle Points or KrisFlyer miles upon check-in when paying at a non-discounted or corporate rate on Qualifying Room Rates. Shangri-La Circle Points or miles cannot be awarded after you have checked out of the hotel.

No. Eligible stays completed prior to adding your KrisFlyer membership to your Shangri-La Circle account are not eligible for 2X Rewards.

Yes. You can enjoy 2X Rewards If you added your KrisFlyer membership to your Shangri-La Circle account prior to checking out of the hotel of an eligible stay regardless of when such stay was booked.

Yes. You can enjoy 2X Rewards for any eligible stay at any Shangri-La Hotel & Resort, Kerry Hotel, JEN Hotel and Traders Hotel worldwide.

No. Any frequent flyer membership other than KrisFlyer membership is not eligible for 2X Rewards.

You simply need to:

• Log to your KrisFlyer account, click on 'Profile', then ‘Partner Programmes’
• Under 'Add partner', select 'Non-airline partner' for the category and Shangri-La Circle’ for the Partner from the drop-down list
• Key in your Shangri-La Circle membership number and click ‘Add’
• To link your accounts together, select 'Link'
• Once your accounts are linked, you can proceed to convert your KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle Points by clicking on ‘Convert your KrisFlyer miles’

To convert your KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle Points, you simply need to:

• Ensure that you have added your KrisFlyer account to your Shangri-La Circle account
• If your accounts are already linked, log in and click on ‘Miles’, then ‘How to use‘
• Scroll down to ‘Other redemption options’ and select Shangri-La Circle’
• On the pop-up that comes up next, select ‘Non-airline partner’ for the category and Shangri-La Circle’ for the Partner Programme
• Your Shangri-La Circle membership number will then be shown in the next field. Key in the number of miles you’d like to convert to Shangri-La Circle Points
• Click on ‘Proceed’ to convert your miles

A minimum of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles is required for each conversion. You may convert up to a maximum of 180,000 KrisFlyer miles per calendar year (i.e., 1 January to 31 December). Please note that all KrisFlyer miles converted cannot be reversed.

The conversion ratio is 12 KrisFlyer miles to 1 Shangri-La Circle point.

Immediately, after you have completed a successful conversion on the KrisFlyer website.

You simply need to:

• Log in to your Shangri-La Circle account
• Under Frequent Flyer Programmes, select ‘Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer’ for the Partner from the drop-down list

To convert your Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer miles, you simply need to:

• Ensure that you have added your KrisFlyer account to your Shangri-La Circle account
• If your account has already been added, log in and click on ‘Redeem Points’, then click on the ‘Convert Now’ button from ‘Convert Points’ to miles to start converting Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer miles
• Select “Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer” from the drop-down list for the Frequent Flyer Programme
• Your KrisFlyer membership number will then be shown in the next field. Key in the number of miles you’d like to convert to Shangri-La Circle Points
• Click on ‘Continue’ to convert your miles

You will enjoy an extra 25% KrisFlyer miles on top of our general conversion ratio of 1 point to 1 mile (i.e. 1 Shangri-La Circle Point to 1.25 KrisFlyer miles).

Immediately, once you have completed a successful conversion on the Shangri-La Circle website. However, if you are converting your Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer miles by contacting Shangri-La Circle Membership Services, your KrisFlyer miles will credited to your KrisFlyer account in four to six weeks.
