To receive greater recognition across Shangri-La Circle and KrisFlyer, you will need to be a current Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond member; or a current PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold member:

HOW THE TIERS ARE MATCHED

Shangri-La Circle Jade or Diamond membersYou qualify for KrisFlyer Elite Silver membership. In addition, you will enjoy an accelerated upgrade to KrisFlyer Elite Gold status when you complete the required number of flights on Singapore Airlines within four months of registration:

  • Shangri-La Circle Jade member: Three eligible flights
  • Shangri-La Circle Diamond member: One eligible flight

PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold members You become a Shangri-La Circle Gold member on enrolment. In addition, you will enjoy an accelerated upgrade to Shangri-La Circle Jade membership when you stay for one night (on a qualifying rate) at any Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Kerry Hotel, JEN Hotel and Traders Hotel worldwide.

Please note that you must be an eligible member of both loyalty programmes and have successfully registered for tier-matching prior to your flight or stay in order to enjoy the accelerated upgrade. You will receive your tier match within six to eight weeks following the date of registration or date of meeting the upgrade criteria.

Whether you prefer a complimentary night’s stay at Shangri-La or a Singapore Airlines seat upgrade, you can freely convert between your points and miles.

Converting Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer milesEnjoy a 25% bonus conversion rate of 1 Shangri-La Circle Point to 1.25 KrisFlyer miles. A minimum of 1,000 points is required for each conversion.

Converting KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle PointsEnjoy a conversion rate of 12 KrisFlyer miles to 1 Shangri-La Circle Point. A minimum of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles is required for each conversion. A maximum of 180,000 KrisFlyer miles can be converted per calendar year.
